Once availability is confirmed, you will receive the service details, our booking policies and a secure payment link. Your appointment is confirmed after the 30% deposit is received.
Welcome your barber
Your barber will arrive at the confirmed residence, hotel or office with the equipment required to perform the service.
The deposit is deducted from the total price. The remaining balance is paid at the end of the appointment.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are requested directly through WhatsApp. Let us know which service you would like, along with your preferred date, time, and location. We will personally confirm availability, the total price, and any applicable conditions before proceeding with your booking.
WHEN IS MY APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED?
Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive our written confirmation and we receive the 30% deposit. The full amount of the deposit is applied toward the total price of your service.
WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
Private Barber provides services at private residences, hotels, offices, and events throughout Mexico City, subject to availability, the exact location, and travel time. Any additional charges related to transportation, parking, or special access requirements will be disclosed and approved before your appointment is confirmed.
CAN I RECEIVE A SERVICE AT A HOTEL OR OFFICE?
Yes. Before the appointment, the client must confirm that the hotel, building, or office allows the barber to enter. The client must also provide any necessary instructions regarding reception, security, registration, elevators, or access to the area where the service will be performed.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH BARBER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO ME?
Before your appointment, you will receive the name of the authorized barber assigned to perform your service. If it becomes necessary to assign another professional with equivalent qualifications, we will notify you in advance. Your address and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
DOES THE BARBER BRING ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT?
Yes. Your barber will bring a profesional portable chair, professional tools, products, clean textiles, and the necessary protective and cleaning materials. We only require a clean, well-ventilated area with sufficient space, as well as access to a nearby standard electrical outlet for the lighting and certain equipment.
DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDE A HAIR WASH?
No. Hair washing is not included because the mobile service does not use a shampoo station. For the best possible result, please arrive with clean, dry hair and without an excessive amount of styling product. If you have any special circumstances or concerns, please let us know before your appointment.
HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT TAKE?
The duration depends on the service selected and is listed on our Services page. Please also allow approximately 5 to 10 additional minutes for the barber to set up, clean, and pack away the professional equipment.
CAN I ADD SERVICES DURING MY APPOINTMENT?
Additional services, such as eyebrow shaping, nose and ear waxing, or beard-line waxing, should preferably be requested before the appointment. Their availability will depend on the time reserved and the barber’s schedule. Additional services are available only when booked with a primary service.
CAN I BOOK SERVICES FOR MULTIPLE GUESTS OR A PRIVATE EVENT?
Yes. We can arrange consecutive appointments for multiple guests, offices, hotels, and private events. Pricing, the number of barbers required, and the total duration will be determined according to the number of guests, the services requested, the location, and the preferred schedule. We recommend submitting these requests well in advance.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK, AND CAN I REQUEST A TAX INVOICE?
The 30% deposit is paid through a secure payment link. The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment using the payment method confirmed in advance. We will never request full card numbers, CVV security codes, passwords, or banking verification codes through WhatsApp. A Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) may be issued when the client provides all required tax information in a timely manner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
With at least 12 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment once at no additional charge, subject to availability, or request a refund of your deposit. With less than 12 hours’ notice, the deposit is nonrefundable. The barber will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After that time, the appointment may be considered a no-show or the service time may be shortened. Please review our Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy for complete details.
WHAT HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS DO YOU FOLLOW?
All tools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients. Textiles are freshly laundered, and disposable materials are used only once. Before your appointment, please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or recent treatments. The barber may modify or postpone a procedure if there is a potential risk to your skin or health.
